Inaugural ceremony of Project “Employability through Skill Initiative “– NABARD

The inaugural ceremony of the


Project NABARD on “Employability through Skill Initiative” commenced on 26 February 2021
with the traditional culture of Rajasthan by lighting the lamp in front of Maa Saraswati by the
district collector Pali - Mr. Anshdeep, Mr. Vinod Dadich (DDM-NABARD), Dr. Bhaskar Bishnoi
(SDM – Jaitaran), Mr. Manoj Agrawal (DGM- Ambuja
Cement Foundation), Mr. Mahendra Mehta (BDO) & Mr.
Mohanlal Meghwal (LBO).

for ‘Employability through Skill Initiative’ to provide skill
training to rural youth for a better & skilled tomorrow.
This project will benefit many youth by enabling their livelihoods. The main objective of this
project is to provide the platform where the rural youth can develop their Mindset, Skill set and
Toolset and can start their career journey.
The dignitaries visited the academy and interacted
with the staff & trainees. The district collector of
Pali, Rajasthan was keen to know the training
methodology and came to know the training
principle based on Adult learning theory where
cooperative learning pedagogy plays a vital role.
This supports the youth to deal with the company
culture & perform well at the workplace.

The District collector appreciated the counseling process


where Psychometric analysis is being done to find out the
qualities that can help the youth to find out the right course.
This analysis is an overview to check self-capabilities. The
collector said, he will soon introduce the same in the
government schools to make students aware about their
capabilities and would help them to opt the right career.

The collector & other dignitaries gave their best wishes for
project success. He said this would definitely change livelihoods
in the district of Pali Rajsthan. The government always there to
support in this mission of transforming the rural youth for a
better tomorrow ahead. “Together we can achieve more” must
be the thought process.
