6. Health and Safety.

The site recorded no injury related issues as at 13th August,2021. A daily refresher tool box
meeting is held to refresh site workforce on all safety practices regarding work activities. The
Main Contractor`s HSE officer has arranged with China State to kick off a medical check up
exercise with the respective health care centre on 16/08/21. We have also positioned 4 No.

security officer on site to ensure secured working environment.

7. Weather

The site experienced showers of rains from 10-13th August during working periods.
