STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

HOW WE WORK POST COVID 19

 All washrooms of the Hotel will be equipped with liquid soap dispenser(s) or packed soap bars.

 Room linen will be changed on day to day basis.

 Freshly prepared bleach solution (1% sodium hypochlorite) or phenolic disinfectants will be used to disinfect
room furniture, light switches and touchpoints in toilets.

 Face masks and gloves will be available on request for the guests.

 Temperature check of all guests at the entry point. Any guest with a temperature above 99.1 F shall be
refused admission and will be advised to report to the closest medical facility. All vehicle will be sanitized at
entry point.

 Sanitization of common areas (reception, elevator, lounge etc.) every 6 hours with phenolic disinfectant.

 Record keeping of check-in history of guests as per Government guidelines.

 Common places like swimming pool, gym, permit room & dining area are to be accessible based on Government
guidelines.

 Where the use of bleach is not suitable (metallic surfaces like door handles, security locks, keys, etc.), solutions
with at least 70% alcohol will be used to wipe down such surfaces.

 Social Distancing will be observed at all times at: Entrance, Reception area, Lobby, Elevators, and all other lobby areas.

 House-keeping & service staff will wear masks (3-ply) and gloves (single-use) at all times.

 Temperature check once a day for all employees and mandatory leave will be provided for any employee
having temperature above 99.1 F.

 Staff will be trained enough on hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.

 Room service will be done with proper social distancing and we ensure all cutlery and crockery will be at the most
hygiene standards.

 Only one guest at a time of check in/out will be allowed to ensure the social distancing at the reception.

 Social Distancing: All staff will maintain physical distance of at least 2 m (6 ft).

 All guests are advised to avoid interaction with any person who is coughing or sneezing and reporting such
person to Hotel management for proper check-up.

 All guests are advised to use face mask when they step out of the rooms.

 We, regularly and thoroughly clean our hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or washing them with soap and water.

 We refrain ourselves from touching eyes, nose, and mouth.

 Safe Dining

o Kitchen staff to wear a mask (3-ply) and head covers at all times.

o Table and seating arrangement to follow Social Distancing norms.

o Government approved disinfecting agents used to disinfect and clean vegetables, meat and all other material.

o All kitchen supplies need to be fully sanitized before entering the stores and refrigerators.

Apart from the above points, we also follow all the government norms.
