HANDBOOK
Green Airlines Inc. is a virtual low-cost airline based in the Philippines, founded in
2013 as Hetzair Airways Company. GAI commenced its first flight last October 1, 2018 under
its current name Green Airlines, which aims to provide transportation to anywhere worldwide,
and to simulate virtual airline operations. We currently operate on multiple flight simulator
platforms, namely Real Flight Simulator (RFS-Rortos), Microsoft Flight Simulator X, X-Plane,
Lockheed Martin Prepar3D, and others.
1. GAI FLEET
These aircraft are free to use on every flight simulator platforms. Liveries are named

GAI maintains all aircraft, including those of partner airlines, through maintenance facilities
operated by the 450th Maintenance Wing and 25th Aircraft Painting Squadron. GAI operates
maintenance facilities in the following locations:
The airline offers an optional training for old and new VATSIM and RFS members who
wish to improve their knowledge in flying various aircraft, including commercial and general
aviation aircraft. The training is conducted by the GAI 39th Training School (GAI T. S.), and is
encouraged for members who wish to transfer to VATSIM as they require a higher level of
knowledge in flying.
4. CALLSIGN CONVENTION
Upon joining the group, you will be assigned a “personal permanent callsign”, which
you will use when you are flying with GAI. Callsigns are permanent for all members. These are
used for pilot identification and are not transferable between active members.
The airline utilizes a callsign convention, for uniformity and easy identification. These
callsigns shall be observed and followed when flying with GAI
(The x denotes your personal callsign. To use, substitute the x with your callsign e.g.: GAI662,
GAI736, GAI5103, etc.)
Group flights are regularly conducted within the airline. We are planning many group
flights every now and then. Please stay tuned to our GC or in the Announcements and News
channel in our official Discord server.
6. AIRLINE PARTNERSHIPS
GAI is a member of the AVIADOR_PH Airline Alliance, while GAI Cargo is a member
of the Pacific Freight Group.
Pilot ranks are currently used only within RFS and VATSIM divisions. This is the
current ranking system implemented by GAI:

within the VATSIM division, after they have graduated from their respective pilot trainings.
These are also assigned for real-world pilots with their corresponding licenses.
Only recorded flight hours are counted, and members shall provide a clean flight
record in order for their flight hours to be added and a rank to be awarded.
