Bases of Evaluation
Class interactions on Zoom, LMS, Short quizzes, Skill based
activities.

Academic Requirements

Midterms
1. Written Works (40%)
2. Performance Tasks (60%)

Finals

Grading System
Quarterly Grade
Written Works 40 % + Performance Tasks 60 %

Final Averaged Grade for HOPE 2


1st Quarter Grade + 2nd Quarter Grade divided by two

Students with Medical Conditions

Students are excused in the activities if he/she have medical


conditions and is not allowed to perform physical activities.
However, the students should show necessary documents to prove
that he/she have medical conditions. Listed below are the valid
documents for excusing students with medical concerns:
1. Medical certificate
2. Parents/Guardian’s letter (with photocopy of the ID of
their parents/guardian).

Transferee/Irregular Students
• Transferee and Irregular students must approach their
teacher ASAP via personal message.
• If the student already took and passed the subject from
other school their grade it will be evaluated by the senior
high school office and if verified, then it will be
credited.

Submission of Activities
1. Before doing the activity, if there are any concerns
contact your respective teacher immediately to make
necessary adjustments.
2. All activities must be done and submitted on scheduled time
given by their respective teacher to avoid cramming in the
future.

Other Reminders
1. Do's:

a. Make sure that all your submittals are labeled


properly following the pattern below:

Platforms for sending your activities are

i. Canvas
ii. YouTube
iii. Messenger
iv. Email
v. Google Drive (always allow access to your
respective teachers)

b. Make sure you are wearing appropriate attire when


engaging to any physical activities required by the
course.

Boys/Girls
Upper: Comfortable loose shirt.
Lower: Jogging Pants and rubber shoes

✓ Proper Hygiene
✓ Perform the activity in a safe and appropriate
area within the vicinity of your house.
✓ Always have with you your hydration kit
✓ Do the activities with precaution at your own
phase.
✓ Girls should always wear their ponytail during
P.E. classes.
2. Dont's:

a. No maong pants,No shorts (3 inches above the knee), No


head covering (unless used for medical and religious
purposes), No fitted shirts, No slippers.
b. During physical activities students are prohibited to
wear accessories such as wristwatch, necklace,
bracelets etc. to avoid unnecessary injuries/accident.
c. Don’t do any physical activities when you're ill.
Approach your teachers immediately regarding the
concern.
d. Avoid wearing shoes with heels
e. No going outside of your house just to perform the
activities for safety and health reasons.
