Scope of work encompasses project managing Operations Technology (OT) App/Dev team to code
and create new dynamic screen processes. Currently, end users have multiple monitors that display
various screens, documents, tables, and forms on specific monitors. The App/Dev team is tasked to
code and create a process that allows all end user information to be displayed dynamically on to one
screen
Lead IT Project Manager for the Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) and
Security Orchestration Automation & Response (SOAR) project.
Scope of work for (SIEM) consisted of the installation and configuration of IT security software,
hardware and solutions to support and house security incidents for rapid response and enhanced
observability. This allows Nisource IT security to monitor visualize ongoing security threats present in
the NiSource enterprise environment
Scope of work entailed implementation of UEBA, Yubikey, Duo, Gitbook, Github, slack security
technologies, enhancing the usability and effectiveness of the (SOAR) solution through the addition of
a documentation and script repository as well as a secure access and authentication mechanism
Lead IT Project Manager for Incident Response Program Technologies (IR) and Forensics
project.
Scope of work consisted of deployment of Forensics and Incident Response Technologies which
assisted with security incident analysis, forensics recovery, data collection and warehousing,
workflow, and analytics
Scope of work involved working with SailPoint, Ping, AccessIT, CyberArk, Lotus Notes ID Vault and
tasked with project managing authentication, authorization, access control, single sign in and Active
Directory (AD)

traffic monitoring taps at key points within the NiSource network to enhance the security teams’
ability to detect threats
Scope of work entailed data center migration, firewall replacement/upgrades, training, host base
solutions, automation, and workflows and included research, selection, and implementation for not
only large firewalls but host-based protections and gap coverage. Recommended host-based solutions
would need to provide security to a remote workforce that would not traverse firewalls
Lead IT Project Manager for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) project
Scope of work consisted of designing and implementing a centralized automation system to monitor
and control NiSource’s enterprise network spanning multiple states. Install and configure the
following components. Human Machine Interface (HMI), Supervisory System, Remote Terminal
Units (RTUs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Communication Infrastructures.
Implement VPN/remote access for data analytics, rapid response to perform maintenance/service and
to mitigate down time
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
senior management and stakeholders
Develops and manages cross-functional IT projects, infrastructure initiatives and data center

Technology Department as a contractor. Lead Project Manager for FCCS’s Microsoft Active
Directory Migration Project and Lead Project Manager for FCCS’s Transfer of Internet to Ohio
Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) Project
Scope of work for FCCS’s Microsoft Active Directory Migration project consisted of migrating
FCCS’s, cyber security, IAM, applications, email services, voice, network and data services for
thousands of phones, desktop PC’s, Cisco switches, servers, firewalls, virtual machines, and other
devices from Franklin County’s Data Center (FCDC) to the State of Ohio’s Computer Center (SOCC)
Lead Project Manager for FCCS and worked directly with the State of Ohio Department of
Administrative Services (DAS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), and Ohio
Department of Jobs and Family Services (ODJFS) multi-functional teams (Enterprise Network
resources, Infrastructure resources, Managers, Engineers, Technicians and Support Staff) as
well as contractors and vendors (team sizes range from 25 to 50 members)
Managed Server Engineers, Infrastructure resources and support staff to map out scope
definitions, functional and design requirements, current and future IP addressing, AD server
and group policies
Administered the entire lifecycle of the project from the initiation and planning phases through
project closure
Project managed the decoupling of FCCS’s Active Directory child domain from their Franklin
County Data Center to the State of Ohio’s “MSDS” domain located in their State of Ohio
Computer Center. Task was accomplished by moving FCCS’s Active Directory Objects
example (computers, users, printers, and groups) from FCCS’s child domain to the State of
Ohio’s MSDS domain
Project managed data center migrations, server migrations, worked with server and network
engineers, database admins and network resources to set up a process to migrate objects, user
accounts and services by hardware and software methods for ex: VMware. And by creating a
migration schedule as well as pre- and post-migration testing and user acceptance testing
Scope of work for FCCS’s Transfer of Internet to ODJFS Project entailed the migration of all FCCS’s
existing users, voice, data lines, network equipment and application servers from their FCDC to
ODJFS’s enterprise and network infrastructure. This in turn provided higher voice and data bandwidth
and a fully redundant enterprise network
Project managed the conversion of FCCS’s six office locations voice and data network from a

hub and spoke network which is a non-redundant network to a fully redundant network by
migrating all six sites separately onto ODJFS network located at the State of Ohio SOCC and
increasing the bandwidth speed from 100 Meg to Gigabit speed

Employed by eXcell, assigned to JPMC as a contractor. Project managed JPMC’s West Region
Audio/Video Telepresence and Work Force Technology Systems projects
Lead PM for JPMC’s West Region (AV-TP) AV Telepresence Project. Project managed
the installation of various types of AV - TP systems (e.g., digital interactive projects, large
screen monitors and audio equipment in conference rooms, training centers, auditoriums, and
banking centers for video conferencing) from planning phase through project closure
Facilitated project teams consisting of Global Real Estate, GMS engineers, and Corporate
network engineers to design and install digital interactive and AV-TP systems

work, and addressed power requirements and various remediations within those locations
Oversaw organization of managers, engineers, technicians, and other internal/external
resources during and after business hours who performed data center migrations, structured
cabling, power management, maintenance, and support on various network equipment to

managing Infrastructure Facilities, data and call centers and migrations, ordering/provisioning
of data and network equipment and final test and turn up

risk management and conflict resolution, communication management, IAM and identity
