I. Personnel

A. proposed management

all business has their own goals and obectives that will be practice by the employees
everyday. through the attainment of the goals and objectives of the proposed business, it should
undergo studies especially the mnagement aspects.

since the proposed business is partnership in nature and the partners are all General
partners we decided that the control and the management will be handled by the five partners.
Jhon Mark Maddawat will be the manager, Stephany Framil as Assistant Manager, Carmelita
Rualo as Shift supervisor, Arnelane Valdez and Criza Faye Cubangbang as Cashier, since we are
not a medical course we came up to agree that we will hire a Pharmacist.
