AFFIDAVIT

I, CARMELITA A. ZAMORA, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident

of Maslog, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn, hereby state
and declare that:

1. That I personally know Pastor Fred C. Arriola because we frequently

conduct bible study;

2. That on May 7, 2016, a Saturday, at around 9:00am in the morning, I was

waiting for Pastor Fred C. Arriola and his wife at the crossing of Agan-an,
Sibulan, Negros Oriental in order to have a bible study;

3. While I was at the said crossing, pastor’s brother-in-law Richard Calunod

arrive thereat walking, and pastor Arriola confronted Richard Calunod
saying why did you ran over (paligsan) the young coconut tree which
Richard replied that it was not I that did it but my wife. Thereafter, Richard
attempted to punch pastor Arriola to which Richard’s wife placed herself at
the middle. But Richard Calunod pushed pastor Arriola while the latter
was raising his arms (hands-up) and Richard attempted to grab a stone
then the wife of pastor Arriola pacified them all. Richard Calunod pointed
his fingers at pastor Arriola and said I will report you to the GWAVE, you
watch out, watch out (bantay, bantay ka nako);

4. I personally know Richard Calunod and his wife Sanima Calunod because
the latter is a teacher in Junob.
