The following docs must be prepared and presented prior to the fire safety inspection for this year.

2. Latest Certificate of Electrical Inspection c/o Sir Herman until Friday this week
3. Cake Plant Building
a. Total Floor Area – will be based on Plant Layout
b. No. of Storey - 5
c. Height of Bldg. - c/o Sir Herman. Today as agreed
d. Area per floor – will be based on Plant Layout

4. Standpipe System – Fire Hydrant layout- to reproduce. c/o Sir Herman until Friday this week as agreed

a. Latest Preventive Maintenance report - No record on PM to verify with Engg

5. First Aid Fire Protection System (Portable Fire Extinguishers) c/o Mr. Michael and Sir Herman – Today
to submit as agreed

6. Automatic Fire Suppression System (Sprinkler System) – Ask the contractor to reproduce. c/o Sir
Herman to look and submit until Friday. With contractor until next week, Friday.

b. Approved AFSS Layout with BFP Seal
c. Permit to Install AFSS
7. Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) c/o Sir Herman, ask the supplier to provide

Please take note that the FSIC expiration date is September 21, 2021 and BFP officials will inspect the
Plant prior to the expiration date.
