significant way therapeutic nor should we claim that the users of a design are happier get
along better or are better adjusted ,because of design. There is nothing we can say about
someone internal state of satisfaction or health which can be causally related to his

and moral judgment must be brought into play long before he begins, since he has to make a
judgment, an a priori judgment at that, as to whether the products he is asked to design or
