Determining where to locate a company can be a tough decision that


necessitates extensive research. That is why the Fit-A-Tire owners took a thorough
look at the factors—the business's public presence, nearby businesses, and
demographic status of the place. These elements can contribute to the company's
success and a positive brand image among consumers.
The proponents decided to locate the physical store of Fit-A-Tire along the
avenue of Dr. Sixto in Brgy. Kapasigan, Pasig City. By having a physical store, the
business will be able to offer a full range of products to the customers directly.
The said location was carefully chosen which is convenient and close to the target
market. Because Fit-A-Tire's location matches the company's goal of properly
placing the orders and distributing the product to the customers. Since the
business will also sell the products directly, it is essential that the product
should be available in close proximity to the target market.. The proponents chose
a location which will be accessible to the business's target customers which are
families, working adults, managers, office workers and teachers. The location is
near schools, commercial buildings, and family households which is a great
opportunity for the business to promote its products and efficiently advertise it
to its target customers.

proponents believe that this will be the best way in delivering the products to the
customers as efficiently possible:

Fit-A-Tire will directly sell its products to consumers and will not undergo
outside manufacturers, agents or retailers.

The business can maximize the strengths of the location by putting up big and
visible tarpaulins showing what Fit-A-Tire can offer. Employees will send out
posters and advertising messages about the company because the neighborhood is
densely packed with many types of customers who walk by the  area every day. The
owners could also put up a website and social media advertisements which includes
the business location so the people who could see it and is interested to look into
the products will know where to go and realize how the location is easily
accessible since its in a centralized location.

Choose a place which is convenient and close to the target market. When the
organizations or the companies choose a place in order to distribute their product
to the customers it is essential that the product should be available in close
proximity to the target market.
