II. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE

The CSSH - Load Assistance Drive 2021 is an event that will assist students
struggling with demands brought about by the pandemic. Specifically, data and load
for online classes. This drive aims to support thirty students coming from six
different departments of the college for the entire duration of the first semester by
providing each with two hundred pesos worth of load every month for four months.

III. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The CSSH - Load Assistance Drive 2021 is an event that focuses on extending
help to students of CSSH who are having trouble with data and load for online
classes. Hence this event has the following aims and objectives:
● To recognize students of CSSH who are in need of load assistance;
● To extend help through load assistance to students of CSSH; and
● To give them an equal opportunity to learn and participate in online classes.

IV. METHODOLOGY
This event will be implemented in September 2021. The proponent of the event, the
Committee on Students’ Rights and Welfare, and partnered organizations will facilitate
and spearhead the said event.
The CSSH - Load Assistance Drive 2021 will be allotted a budget that cost Php.
25,000.00 funded by the organization and proceeds from livestreaming events. Live
streaming sites like KUMU and Facebook will be utilized since both of these allow for
donations that can be convertible to cash.

The allotted budget will be spent on purchasing load promos and contingency funds.
The said event will be held online through the utilization of Facebook through the official
page of CSSHSO.

V. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

The allotted budget in the implementation of this event will come from CSSHSO
funds and proceeds from live streaming events.

● Load - Php. 24,000.00

● Convenience Fee - Php. 1,000.00
