reduce human error, not much time consuming. By going this way, company get to know earlier
about profit or loss which may it can face, so it strategizes plans accordingly. (strength)

of the department. Our all finance are self based. (Strength)
 Women developers is located in very busy location which is expected to boost more subscription as I tap
clients from the neighborhood. (strength)

 All the products which we provide our customers and services specially in Yoga and self defence
training are conducted under professionally trained instructors
 Redesigning the infrastructure such a partition, floor work, repairing machineries, and buy new
equipment which necessary after every six months
 To make marketing batter, we hired a web designed to build a website, which used as marketing
platform, information and booking. Clients are able to use website for making appointments with
specific trainers

Weakness
 Self based finance is not possible all the time, some time we have to face issues regarding fanance and
finaial problem as well. If we have t invest more budget, may be then we have to get loans
 When we started the centre of women developers, there were not much information we have about
what kind of services and procuts would be best puchaised by customers, and we as honors were just at
the risk of making investment of those equipments and products that may not necessary and may not
have returns on investment in the short run
 at very bigining we even dont have enough experiance in hiring. So might we get wrong hiring and
untraind people.(weakness)
 Many people didt attend our classes because they got everything from youtube in free of cost .they
didn’t want to pay for that services .there are many yutube channels that are giving this services in free
 We always give fair opinion about diet plans to satisfy our customers. We never recommend them to use
proteins for getting fit earlier.as we go fair with our customers to make them comfort with our center, we
not get much profit by selling our products like portions and supplements.
 . All instructors are hired to a basic contract to ensure their actions which reflects the company’s best

interest. Although it is difficult to find a perfect an energetic instructor all the time. Which can be reason

to down fall. (weakness).
