This is one of the most difficult decisions for any
individual to make, because both of these people are important in my life and are on the verge of death. If I find myself in this situation, I will choose to save my niece first, because I know she doesn't have a chance to hold her breath and could drown at any time. My daughter has a 50% chance of holding her breath, she knows how to swim a little bit, and I have a chance to come back and save her afterwards. And if I don't return sooner, I'm going to give her CPR to help her regain consciousness. And, following the incident, the children should realize that they made a mistake that resulted in a tragic event, and they should accept the punishment that we impose on them. The children should understand the significance of obeying the rules established by those around them in order to ensure their safety. The morally right this kind of situation is level 1 stage 1 which is obedience and punishment Orientation because these children need to be obedient person to avoid getting a punishment and so that they know how far they can go and to avoid this kind of disaster.
