Permission letter to carry out the essential services during

lockdown.

This is with reference to the various notifications issued by the Government of India and
respective State Government declaring Data enters/Telecommunication as an "Essential Service".

The bearer of this letter is supporting the movement of SUNFIRE V880 Servers(One rack
with two servers, four external power cables and 6 internal power cables) and STORAGE-3510
(storage with power cables ) being shifted to BSNL,Panampillynagar Telephone Exchange,
Ernakulam location, these parts are required for critical Telecommunication activities. These are
needed by us to support the IT needs of critical & essential services.

For this, we have placed the order through M/s ABT parcel Service for the
movement. We hereby request to kindly allow M/s ABT parcel Service to shift material to
our below locations at the earliest, as this product are an integral part of our overall
operations and are necessary to ensure uninterrupted and smooth operation of our
Telecommunication services.

Above mentioned business partner shall ensure that their below mentioned employees shall carry
the valid ID card at the time of services/movement, The name of person & vehicle number of M/s
ABT parcel Service who will do the material movement job & the name of the locations where it
will be performed are detailed below:
