My Negative Thoughts: If I found that eggs had been left out of the fridge
overnight, I would throw the eggs away. Eggs left out could allow bacteria to move
into the egg and grow rapidly overnight. The bacterial growth could put diners at a
major risk of health issues which is why the eggs should be discarded.
My Positive Thoughts: When I saw an egg in the fridge at a restaurant I worked at.
I will cook it as much as I can eat as I mentioned that I like an egg when it is
put in a dish like cooked egg sarciado, eggplant tortang, and tortang giniling
because this is what the Filipinos will really like and other foreigners eating at
my restaurant where I work. And with this egg, there are many recipes such as
adobong with eggs, butter vegetables and many more. Remember egg is important in
our life because it is the one that gives us the energy to live and it is also the
one key to a delicious dish.
