The study used the Independent Variable-Dependent Variable Conceptual Framework

based on the Connectivism Theory. The researcher will test the student's improvement in the

subject of Oral Communication for the1st and 2 nd Quarter. After that, the pre recorded discussion

made by the student will be presented every period of the said subject. Pre Test and Post Test

will be given for the conduction of survey if Pre Recorded Discussion made by students is an
effective instrument to enhance the oral communication skill and self confidence of every

students in this time of pandemic.
