For the first stage of treatment, which includes sedimentation and

coagulation tanks, all pumps for sewage extraction and transfer to the sluge
.basin were connected, as well as connecting the main pipes of the tanks
As for the RAW WATER tanks, which consist of two tanks, each one with a
capacity of 5000 m3, the Shamilat is a tank to the Rumaila station and a
tank to Shatt al-Basra station. The connection of the pumps to the tank of
the Rumaila station, which includes three huge pumps, as well as its control
room, has been completed, and the tank has been filled with water from
the gas electric station. As for the reservoir of Shatt al-Basra station, the 6
pumps were connected, which included three pumps for chemical
treatment and three pumps for Cw were installed. However, the pipelines
were not fully connected to the main water transmission system
In the dosing room, the final cleaning and electrical connection was
completed in preparation for the final operation

For the first stage of treatment, which included DMF 14 filters, the filters
were cleaned and gradually filled with media starting from the date of 23/6.
The first layer of sand was filled for all filters, measuring 0.8 cm. After the
completion of the filling of the first layer, filter No. 1 was filled with
charcoal, measuring 0.4 cm, and it was Leaks checked and flashback on
27/6.
As for the second stage, which includes the UF system, which includes four
UF processing units. The connection of the filters to the first unit of the UF
was started on 23/6 and was completed within four days as a connection to
the system. The examination of water leakage was conducted, and it was
found that there was a leak in two tubes, and the process of repairing them
and reconnecting the tubes was conducted. On the 27th, the cleaning of
the second unit of the UF was started, and the linking of the membrane will
begin
For the first stage of the RO process, on 15/6, an examination was made for
the high pressure pumps, which consist of 8 pumps, and tested in terms of
vibration, current (amperage) and temperature. A defect was discovered in
terms of high temperature and rotational speed in pump No. 1 of the first
unit of the RO, and work was done to repair and maintain it, and the
examination of all pumps was completed on 22/6. Also, after making sure
that the pumps are working, the process of checking the leakage of the
water-carrying pipes for the Ro units began, and some leaks were
discovered in the pipes and the maintenance process is underway at this
time.
Also, in the electrical control units of the first RO system, the electrical
connection was made, the electrical control cabinets were installed, and
the insulator worked

In the two-unit EDI process, all EDI cells with 17 cells per unit are placed.
But it has not been completed and connected
As for the external tanks for water storage, the pipin has been completed,
and the blasting process has been completed for five tanks. As for the DM
WATER tank, it is being completed
