REFLECTION
Which among the three ( walking around, brisk walking, 3-minute jumping jack) is considered:
A Justification Because it is too simple for me and In our daily lives we walk
every day.
Moderate activity BRISK WALKING
B Justification Because you need to swing your arms while walking and you
need to walk faster but I enjoyed it.
Vigorous activity 3-MINUTE JUMP JACK
C Justification Because you need to jump while your hands are going up and
down.
