OFFICE PERFORMANCE COMMITMENT

for SY 2021-2022
Pursuant to my authority, responsibility and accountability as School
Head of Matab-ang National High School, I Geraldo D. Laña , hereby
commit to perform with competence, dedication and commitment, my
duties and responsibilities, and this performance period’s agreed objectives
and targets of the Key Result Areas of my position;
I further commit to perform the following tasks:
(1) improve the performance of my tasks and functions, self-monitor,
and lead all school personnel in improving their performance;
(2) monitor all school personnel’s performance and provide coaching to
further
(3) improve their outputs;
(4) conduct a mid-year review of my performance as well as that of school
personnel within 10 days after the end of the First Semester;
(5) conduct the yearend evaluation of my performance within 30 days
after the end of the performance period and that of teachers and
school-based non- teaching personnel (NTP), and submit the
performance report within the said period, and;
(6) develop and implement my Individual Development Plan (IDP) based
on the assessment my work competencies and this year’s
performance and assist teachers and NTP do the same.
