Down payment and progress payments are required to begin construction of the project. It is agreed that one half of the total is for cost of materials and fabrication labor, the
remaining balance is due upon completion of the job. In case of default of any installment the unpaid balance shall become due and payable forthwith all the option of the
Contractor without notice. Manufacture of product will be connected at our factory within three (3) weeks. Installation and delivery will be made within six (6) weeks thereafter
unless otherwise stated in the contract. Any building permits, if required, are not included in this contract unless specifically stated herein to the contrary.
