HOUSE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is made and entered by and between:

RICA D. TAN, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at Block 1, Lot 21,
Phase 7, Easter View Park Subd., Guitnang Bayan 1, San Mateo, Rizal, hereinafter referred to as
the OWNER;

JAIME E. MEDINA, of legal age, with residence and postal address at #21 Lancelot st.
Kingsville Court Subd., Mambugan, Antipolo City, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR;

WITNESSETH:

1. That the OWNER is the registered owner of a parcel of land consisting of thirty six
square meters more or less, situated at B 1, L 21, Ph 7, Eater View Park Subd.,
Guitnang Bayan 1, San Mateo, Rizal, where she retained the services of the
Contractor to work for a house improvements of a three (3) storey residential house
with a total floor area of 108 sq. meters.

2. The total construction price to be supplied by the contractor is Php 244,516.80 only
which includes the following scope of works:
a) Tiles setting on all floors & stairs
b) Ceiling installation of gypsum board on metal furring
c) Fabrication and installation of closet on 2nd & 3rd floors and kitchen cabinet
d) Application of two coats final paintings

3. The contract price of Php 244,516.80 is payable as follows:

a) Php 100,000.00 downpayment shall be paid upon signing of this contract;
b) Php 100,000.00 2nd payment shall be paid upon 70% completion of the project;
c) Php 44,516.80 shall be paid upon 100% completion of the total project.

4. The period of construction is Php 60 days starting one day after the signing of this
contract.
5. That all expenses for the construction permits shall be paid by the Owner.
6. The construction of the said residential building shall be in accordance the bill of
materials and scope of works agreed by both parties without additional cost to the
Owner, except when there is change or additional order from the Owner not
previously agreed on by both parties before the execution of this Contract, which
will entail change of quality and quantity materials listed on the Bill of Materials.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this day __ day of July,
