1. You will not be allowed to appear in the test in any case if you fail to produce the following documents to the
PM
2. No Candidate will be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall Without Mask.
3. Bring your own drinking water to avoid Covid-19 Virus Risk.
4. Reach examination centre at least 45 minutes before the time fixed for start of examination.
5. Candidates are provisionally admitted in the Test / Examination. Eligibility of the candidates in terms of
Recruitment Rules and the advertised conditions shall be determined after the conduct of Professional /
Screening Test / Examination
6. On detailed scrutiny of documents, if found ineligible, your candidature will be rejected irrespective of the fact
whether you have appeared in the examination / test or even qualified therein. Therefore, make sure before
appearing in the examination / test that you are eligible in all respects for the post(s), applied for.
7. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination Hall after start of the paper.
8. No request for change of centre will be entertained.
9. You shall bring your blue / black marker and clip board to be used in the test.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test.
11. Mobile phones / likewise devices, books, purses & calculator are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
PMD will not be responsible for their security or loss of such prohibited items, therefore, the facility of mobile
collection etc. and its return after test is not available.
12. Bringing in Arms Ammunition, Explosive Material etc. in the Examination Hall is strictly prohibited
13. Come in proper dress, shorts are not allowed.
14. PMD reserves the right to interview any number of candidates at the top of the merit list drawn against each
post on the basis of written examination / test, in accordance with Establishment Division’s OM. No.
F.53/1/2008-SP, dated 03-03-2015.
15. Please, follow instructions / illustrations given on Roll No. slip, regarding how to fill answers / roll numbers on
the answer sheet. Do not be shy to ask about any difficulty regarding filling of the answer sheet from your

 How to Fill Answer Sheet

You will get separate question papers and OMR answers

sheet. Fill only the OMR answer sheet and do not write
anything on question paper.

During examination, applicants are required to first write

and fill in Roll No on OMR Answer sheet.

Each Roll No is of 5 digits, for correct filling first write your

Roll No in the square boxes, and then fill in the circles
against each digit as given below.

For example if your Roll No is 29475 then 1st Digit is 2, 2nd

is 9, 3rd is 4, 4th is 7 and 5th is 5. Make sure to fill correct
circle against each digit.
PM
If your Roll No is 00001 then 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th digits are
0 and 5th digit is 1. You will fill like this

Note: Be careful in filling the Roll No. Wrong filling of Roll

No will result into zero marks. You will not get any extra
answer sheets.

After correct filling of your Roll No you can start filling the
answers from 1 to 70. Make sure to fill the correct option
from A, B, C and D. Double filling or wrong fill will be
considered as wrong answer.
