Dear All,
Thank you for valuable inputs on revising our work plan last week, now it is time to
excute planned activities aggressively for compensation of backlogs and cope up with
unpredictable comings.
As agreed golden time for implementation of WISH project tasks is Q2 , Please let’s
integrate activities & have route plans to buy in time and maintain the good job so far.
Except for vehicle rentals, FGAE owned clinic renovations, and purchases which
needs prior authorization both from HO & HUB, AOs are allowed to work on
activities listed on work plan.

Dear All,
Hope my email finds you in good health,
Even though We are waiting for revised plan authorization from IPPF, There are
activities which couldn’t be omitted , like ; CMC meeting, supervision, clinical out reach,
material distribution and technical support. Kindly be informed that aforementioned
activities  are authorized for implementation. Budget will be amended after receiving
Hub’s view for remaining period and share with you all.
Please hold any purchases, vehicle rentals, trainings for a while.

I hope all is well with you.
It has been a month that I wrote an email below to fasten our steps to catch up backlogs
happened for various reasons.
With limited time we have ,still needs  determination to utilize allocated budget for the
project.
Kindly try at best of your effort as usual for consumption of fund in line with interest of
the donor and organization.
Except for materials which are prohibited by DFID ,others materials can be purchased
as before.
 
You can reach  Gossaye ,Eskinder or myself  for any quires you may have related
with procurement.
