Business Concept
The Enterprise is build for the beneficial of both the entrepreneurs and our target customers as they
will be seeking for the taste and creative features of the products and at the same time we young
entrepreneurs will get a proper revenue. The products are the different types or sample of sweets such as
oreo, graham balls, pastillas and etc. Sweets like pastillas are Filipino food it was originated here in the
Philippines. It is made of powdered milk and sugar, etc. We, as the seller of this product we promote this
kind of sweet to introduce how good the filipino in making our own product. Pastillas is one of the most
famous sweets that all Filipino wants. This kind of sweets can satisfy the cravings of all netizen. We
offer graham balls and yema as well. The Business will undergo to different marketing plans, just to
promote the products to the customers. As we the young entrepreneurs will generate critical thinking to
provide creativity that will catch the eye of the people through their satisfaction in those products. And
we considered that as a unique aspect of our business. We’ll be starting micro business that specializes
for people has sweetooth and into desserts. The products will be having different flavors, twist and also
this might be student friendly budget. Since the product is homemade, we are the one who will be
making the product. This is one of our skill and advantage so that we can manage and analyze the
budget well enough. We have technology providers and applicators that will also be in charge with the
development when it comes to selling the product like developing an application that can be used by the
customers to order some products.
Business Model
First, determine what and who your competitors are, then you should also know that when your
business is running if people always walk through it, then you should know how to communicate well
with your buyers, you also need to know the strategies you will do when it comes to doing business and
the last thing to remember is that you should know how to create things that your competitors have not
yet made that you think will drive and get people's attention and taste in that way will keep the value and
income of your company.
We will launch the product we have through Facebook so that most of our target customers will
know easily our product and we will make door to door in all classroom to have a formal launching to
our product and to let them know the product that we have.

of efficiency and effectiveness of the products.

We dedicate ourselves in providing a highest quality of sweets through promoting a nutritious
and much healthier sweets that anyone wouldn’t imagine since we seek to exceeds our clients’
expectations. As it aims to give pleasure to the clients through looking back and remembering how good
the product is compared to others.

 As of January 2019than approximately 50% of sales will be sold.

 As of 2019th the earning profit of the entrepreneurs will range to 50-60%.
 For the end of December 31, 2018 the demands of the customers will increase and at the same
time the revenue increases.
C. The Business Offering and Justification
We offer sweets to satisfy the cravings of our customer that can give them the satisfaction that they
looking for any kind of sweets. Sweets are the popular cravings of the majority that’s why we can’t let
that; we can give them the satisfaction that they think on our product. A sweet is the most craving food
especially when the person was depressing it can help to them to reduce some depression and stress
from the sweets. Sweets can give to us energy for everyday.
II. Business Proponents
The proponents of the business are the eight members of the group that can be considered as students
entrepreneur or young entrepreneurs. Each of them has something to do base on their capabilities, skills
and interest. The proponents believe that dividing each member based on their capabilities is the success
of a business. The eight proponents of the business would be the investors that can act as the resource
organizer and financial backers because they will be sharing the capital of the business. Some of the
members of the group will be given the task of being technology providers and applicators.
Technologies such as the new invented machines and equipments that can help in the production of the
products are very important, and also, the use of technology when it comes to disseminating information
about the product.
III. Target Customers and Main Value Proposition
Having a right customer says that a business might develop success in future. Customers play a
big role in a venture. In this case, our target customers are the students of the Perpetual Help System
Dalta-Molino campus as we young entrepreneurs will just about to start in forming a business and we
thought that we still need to practice our marketing strategies in this school to promote our products.
We will use our skills in promoting our products in getting the customers attention. We will seek
for the weaknesses of our competitors, in that way we can able to grab the opportunity and simply
promote our business. And through that we can able to determine what is the best way to enhance work
in business.
