login to oem

go to setup(rightside corner)

add target >>>>> add target manually >>>> Add Host Targets>> click on add host>>
click on add sign or symbol>> paste the hostname and select os platform
click on next

Linux x86-64: Agent Installation Details

*Installation Base Directory >>>>> give the installation directory for host it
include

*Instance Directory >>>> click on it and it will take automatically

*Named Credential >> either oracle /cada (based on the env you are working)

Add a new Named Credential

Privileged Delegation Setting

/usr/bin/sudo -u %RUNAS% %COMMAND% : when oracle user is selected

/usr/bin/sudo -S -u %RUNAS% %COMMAND% : when cada user is selected

Port : not needed and it will take automatically

Then click on next and deploy and it need to wait till it is installeted

after that need to select second option Add Targets Using Guided Process >> guide
process specify hostname and later select discover target it will complete.

same work for database listener and asm also.
