We yet see response from SMD on the below outstanding of RM1,943.85.

Long overdue since NOV 2019.

Reminder, Your Tenancy end NOV 2019.

As also, confirmed with JMB, JMB did not received this amount.

Is there an overlooked on this, as 11 units already fully settled.

Awaiting your URGENT reply as we need to finalized our year end account for auditor.

Your Tenancy had end Nov 2019, above fees had been deducted from our Rental paid by SMD.

Kindly provide us the payment slip immediately as is long overdue to JMB.

If you are yet paid, pls make arrangement payment immediately, keep us update.

Please check your statement of account with JMB.
