This memorandum of understanding was made on 23/09/21, between

Connecting Dreams Foundation, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa Chapter(CDF SGTB Khalsa),
University of Delhi and Memeons

The following deliverables have been mutually agreed upon by the below mentioned parties:
Party 1: CDF SGTB Khalsa
Party 2: Memeons

As part of the collaboration,

Party 1 will provide the following deliverable:

● Party 1 will announce Party 2 as their outreach partner over instagram post after
successful completion of the event- Expresión on 26th september 2021.
● Party 1 will provide Party 2 with the Post and the caption.

Party 2 will provide the following deliverable:

● Party 2 will promote the online event- Expresión of party 1 over their instagram feed.

Terms & Conditions:

● Deliverables mentioned above are final.
● Should there be a dispute regarding any aspect of cooperation, it will be jointly
resolved in a-spirit of independence, mutual respect and shared responsibility.
