PEOPLE DIMENSION:

First of all, Good afternoon, my name is Camille Drouel nice to meet you. I found out that you
were offering a Head of design office position in your company. I´d really like to apply for this job
because I consider that I have a Good knowledge about designing and I can help you a lot, I have a
high grades in National Graduate School of Industrial Design (ENSDI) in Paris. I would be a Honor
for me to work for you and make my family proud.

PROBLEM DIMENSION:

I have a motivation, I want to help you to increase your public and your sells. But for this reason
my salary have to be 8,000 € because I consideer that I can do great job for you. If you do not
agree, you can prove me, if I don´t reach your expectations, you can lower my salary to 5,000
€. Another proposal that I have is that you can set my salary, but if my work is great you have
to put my signature in your products too.

PROCESS DIMENSION:
Try to be formal and polite with the other part of the table.
Be clear and give a lot of solutions if the other part don´t want to accept your conditions.
For my luck, I prepare my Plan B and if they told me no I try to give a solutions that can benefit
both parts.
If they try to use “the icing on the cake” technic with me, I am going to use the negotitation
principle of reciprocity.
