EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The interest by consumers in the coffee mobile industry is sweeping the country.
Brewno Bars Coffee Mobile is positioned to bring this to Aurora located at Baler area where it is
the Centralize place of Aurora.
Brewno Bars Coffee Mobile will provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where the
customer can receive quality coffee even though they are at home at a reasonable price during
pandemic. Since there is a virus and a worldwide pandemic nowadays the Coffee Mobile offers
variety of choices to the customers dine in or delivery are open for the service. Coffee and tea
of all sorts will be offered.
The design of the Coffee Mobile will be just a classic motorcycle with a supporting tables
and chairs that can be used with social distancing to follow the safety protocols during night
and in the day Coffee Mobile used to received orders and delivery door to door to those who
love to sip Brewno Bars Coffee and tea even at home.
A strength which this business will process is the ability to promote Coffee Mobile in the
Philippines not just for a personal and business purpose but to let people feel relax and let out
of stress through a cup of coffee even we are struggling to pandemic. Coffee is the key of most
of us Filipinos to remove all of our stress and problems.
The advertising and promotion are through online and facebook page because most of
the people are in social medias, so people can reach us in facebook, messenger and other
contacts. Most of the trending businesses are on social medias so we will use Facebook as one
of material to promote it in the area, as well as to friends, collagues and relatives who likes
Coffee and Tea.
Brewno Bars will be operated as a Sole Proprietorship since it was a family business.
One of the family members will manage it and the others will help to operate only. Overall
management will be he responsibility of the owner.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Brewno Bars Coffee Mobile will be a Classic Coffee Mobile located at Quezon Park in
Baler, Aurora.
The Coffee Mobile will offer a variety of choices to the customers even at home. Coffee and tea
of all sorts will be offered. The choices will range from espresso to latte, from regular flavor to
matcha-cappuccino. The teas will range from turmeric to flavored varieties. And additional
chocolate flavors to those who are not allowed to caffeine.
The Classic Coffee Mobile will focus on projecting a relaxed atmosphere and will bring
you back on those young days and throwback memories with the views that are very historical.
Brewno Bars will be multi-tasking. An advantage to have a day delivery services is to
have time to bring services and a taste of cup of coffee to the people who are not allowed to go
outside, so that Brewno Bars can reach people and customers at home who would love to be
part of our family.
The emphasis will be on providing a comfortable environment for the customers where
they will want to linger and return many times and also to make our customers feel stress-free
from our worldwide pandemic.
PRODUCT AND SERVICES
Brewo Bars coffee is made out of healthy ingredients: Moringa, Brown rice, Kamias
Leaves which is very healthy and organic, 100 percent no caffeine so everyone can enjoy the
coffee with a good and healthy benefits, there are option for the coffees offer by the team. Hot
and Cold coffee, Cappuccino, Latte and also Matcha flavor and the newest Dalgona Coffee. We
also introduce the turmeric tea to those who are always feel sick, turmeric tea helps to heal
colds and flu that will give you refreshments and relief. And we also offer hot and iced choco
drinks for those teenagers or young who are not allowed to coffee and tea and also the newest
Dalgona Choco.

The services offered by Brewno Bars is you can actually order online even you are at
home, we can deliver using the coffee mobile door to door. And at night Brewno Bars will be
located at Quezon Park so everyone can enjoy the view and environment. Since Aurora is a
COVID-free province people can actually go outside but we need to follow our health safety
protocols like social distancing, wearing facemasks and face shields, using alcohol for
disinfectant. Breno Bars also monitoring and checking the health safety protocols of individual
for the safety of the customers and everyone in the team.
If the customers has a complaint, everything will be done to satisfy them. If that does
not work, the customer will be given their coffees and teas free of charge.
The product will be distributed in the coffee mobile by a rider. The beverages will be
made at home where there is an area to the operations. Our coffees and teas will be brewed
freshly from home.
MARKET AND COMPETITION
Server will always ask the customers if they want added items or best selling product i.e.
specialty coffee, new flavors, new in the menu. This will not only increase sales for the business
but will also increase the confidence and comfortability of the customers that most of the
Filipinos love to. The higher of the customers being approach the greater the customers will be
like and share their experience to Brewno Bars and how they love it. And it will be the tactics to
our market to grow and to have more customers.
Since there are lots of coffee shops and coffee product here in Aurora, we think more
unique to the market industry that’s why we used Classic Motorcycle Mobile to be the place of
the coffee making, it is because there is no Coffee Mobile in the Aurora so it might be the start
and the first Coffee Mobile in the history of Aurora. And it will be new to the eyes of the people
who would love to hit what’s on the trend.
So the goals for the competition, keep cost of goods sold at or below 30%. Provide
customers with prompt and corteous service.
MARKETING AND SELLING STRATEGY
Goals
Generate monthly sales revenues 50,000 pesos per month of 3 of the target market
within 18 months of opening.

Objectives

 Maintain a high standard, good and healthy quality of beverages and services.

 Place monthly or regularly ads in the neighborhood and relatives as introducing
the product

welcome approach always to make them feel they are part of the family.

Target Customer

The target customer will be all ages. Providing a product and options who can fit to all
ages. The income level won’t be matter because Brewno Bars produce beverages that everyone
can afford. The distance that Brewno Bars offers delivery services to those who are not allowed
to go outside or who are far away from Baler, the delivery distance will be offered at Baler, San
Luis, Maria Aurora and Dipaculao.
OPPORTUNITIES AND STRENGTHS

The time is right for opening a coffee mobile in the Aurora, because of its uniqueness in
this province. Everyone will be attracted on the new in the trend nowadays, Brewno Bars is the
first coffee mobile in the Aurora so that some of the Balerianos will talk about it and it will be
the topic of the Aurorians. Baler was the central of Aurora and most of the people lived in there
so that’s why there is a lot of target consumers out there. In order people can reach Brewno
Bars, they do have an option like driving at night to the Quezon Park where it is placed at night
or contacting them through online using Facebook messenger or to our contact number
provided to offer a delivery door to door services.

An additional opportunities which this business will possess is the ability to introduce the other
coffee mobile of the other cities and provinces in the Philippines.

CRITICAL RISKS AND PROBLEM

We all know that the most risks of the business nowadays specially during the Pandemic
is our health, some of the people is afraid to go outside and communicate because of the Virus.
It can affect physical and mental health of individual.
OPERATING PLAN

 Provide initial training for all employees

The product will be distributed by the servers in the evening and riders in the evening. There is
only one Barista/Bar tender who will make the drinks. Cleanliness is required above all else. The
servers will keep all of their work areas clean at all times, as well as the bartender. After each
shift, servers will check the side work chart and have it finished before they leave. The brewing
area will be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. The area will routinely be swept before
leaving the spot. Must provide a trash bag for the cups and other waste materials from the
coffee mobile. Hands must be washed on a routine basis and always wear hand gloves. No
smoking is allowed in the area.

Servers will be required to present a clean appearance. A uniform consisting of shirt and apron
with the logo of Brewno Bars. The servers must be polite, friendly and helpful, not only to the
customers but to other staff as well. At no time will employees be allowed to discriminate by
remarks, actions or jokes.

Cash register system will be manual and be reported by the financer. Financer will use report
book and ballpen only to list down the sales and the number of orders within a day.

ORGANIZATION

Brewno bars will be operated as a Sole Proprietorship. There will be private investors
like a family member also. However, these investors will be silent investors with a pay-off of
investment will be paid.

Overall management will be the responsibility of the owner. There will be a general
manager that is also the owner of the business.

Proprietor

As owner, Nelson O. Villanueva brings the idea of Coffee Mobile in Baler, Aurora. He was
graduated Bachelor of Science in Office Administration in Mount Carmel College Baler. The
family business of making healthy beverages like Tibicos Mushroom Wine and Organic Coffee
was his family first business he traded off, because his family love being healthy and consuming
healthy drinks, they offer this as a business. Including the Coffee as one of their hobby and
bonding to the family, he think how to trade or sell it. He first sell online but then an idea
comes to his mind, making a cup of coffee and let the people taste it will be the techniques he
apply. That’s why, Brewno Bars was established to give you a cup of healthy coffee.
He was also managing and making the product with help of his family members: sisters and
brothers, as well as his parents who support him. He was before a rider of a food delivery
company Orderun, he loves travelling and assembling motorcycles that’s why he combine his
hobbies and interest all in one. Owner must know how to handle problems during pandemic.

Servers

Servers are actually the owner’s sisters and sister-in-laws. The servers must be well mannered,
friendly, approachable and neat. Very presentable infront of the customers and know how to
communicate. The server is also responsible in collecting orders and serving the orders to the
customers, they must wear a presentable, clean and neat uniform including also the facemasks
and face shields, they need to be clean and free from virus so that many of the customers won’t
be worried.

Financer/cashier

Financer qualifications is knowledgable in accounting, financial statements and also to make a


journal entry. Financer must report and monitored the inside and outside of the finances so
that the management will know if there is gain or loss. Must have a weekly and monthly report
to the management.

Bartender/Barista

Must know how the coffee or the beverages made. Has a qualification of atleast a experience of
being a bartender.
FINANCIAL

To maintain costs of goods sold to 30 percent or less. To increase sales within an 18 month
period to 3% of the target market. To maintain financial records.
