Process Questions: (5pts. each)

1. Was it hard to identify the possible feelings and behaviors from the given situations? Why?

It is hard to identify the possible feelings and behaviors from the situations because some people
manage to hide it. They always say they’re okay but deep inside, they’re not. However, it may
possibly not that hard to identify for people who are close with that certain person because they
tend to read their expressions, their eyes, and their actions. If it’s about yourself, it may be easy
or hard for you since every people have different perspective. I can also say its hard for me
because I always overthink things that is opposite from the true meaning of other people. Our
minds says anything base on what we feel but the fact is, we really doesn’t know the side of
others on why is it like that or why they act like that.

2. Did you see the connections among thoughts, feelings, and behaviors? Explain.

Yes there is really a connection among those because our feelings influences our behaviors and
our choice and that is how we know what action are we gonna do. If a situation arises and we
have thoughts about the facts of that situation, those thoughts trigger our feelings, and we engage
in behaviors that either positively or negatively impact the situation, and the cycle continues.
3. What did you realize about the activity?

In this activity, I realize that we should focus our mind on the positive thoughts, avoid negative
emotions in favor of good, and always act responsibly. We should be mature and open enough to
understand things because not all the things we expect are real. Sometimes we think we are right
on our thoughts or feelings, but it’s not. We should always think positive and don’t give any
meaning without any proofs. It’s because this situations ends up to be bias. Before we act, let us
first think what’s the right thing to do, in fact, let us be educated that complicating simplicity
doesn’t help us at all.
