Context :
Kraftshala runs training programs in Sales & Marketing for working professionals,
graduates, and business school students. We believe that education becomes a lot more
fruitful, and a lot more fun, when you get kickass practitioners, the real experts, to train
emerging talent. In order to make sure our students get the most out of their programs, we
ensure they’re introduced to a huge number of industry experts that can teach, guide,
mentor, and coach them.
As part of the recruitment team, one of your key responsibilities would be to communicate
with the prospective candidates during the various stages of their application process, and
plan for their orientation once recruited.
Task #1 :
As part of this role, you’ll be required to make the first call to candidates once they’ve applied
for a position through our website. In this first call, you’ve to screen out people who might
not be a good fit based on their expectations of the role, the compensation, the date of
joining and general interest in and understanding of the role.
You’ve been asked to hire for a Senior Associate, Sales position at Kraftshala (Here’s the Job
Description). You have to reach out and make the first call to a candidate, Akshat, who has
applied through our website for the same.
Design the pitch for this call keeping in mind that you also have to get the following
information from the candidate in that call itself :
1. Current Role/Position.
2. Current Notice period or Availability for joining.
3. Current/Last CTC drawn.
4. Expected CTC from this role.
5. Share Assignment details and communicate the deadline for it.
Task #2 :
Akshat has been hired at Kraftshala in the Sales Team. Plan an Induction and Orientation
Schedule for his first day of joining the team.
Task #3 :
With the current COVID-19 situation, everyone has been working from home and the general
morale of the employees could fluctuate. It’s quite difficult to manage stress levels for the
work at hand and also juggle with the current situation the country is in. As an HR intern, you
need to ideate on certain activities that we can do to make sure :
1. The employees feel supported
2. The general productivity of employees, and eventually, the company as a whole is not
impacted
