Comparative Analysis:

The research area was divided into three distinct sections, namely (a) from Iqra chowk to
Jahangirabad; (b) from Jahangirabad to Arbab Road; and (c) from Arbab Road to Gora
Qabristan, in order to determine which areas, have the most commercial plazas and which areas
have a higher or lower rate of violation. Following the detailed analysis, the acquired results are
depicted in the charts below:

Toal number of surveyed buildings in study area:

In this research thirty one buildings have been taken as a case study, where the author observed
that the point (b) Jahangirabad to Arbab Road had most (i.e. fourteen) number of buildings,
while point (c) had nine and point (a) had only 7 buildings, that filled the criteria for this study
(figure 2). The study area was divided into three parts to help ease the investiagation of rate of
violation, changing according to differnet areas.

Violations Average:

It was observed that the section (a) Iqra chowk to Jhangirabad had buildings with most
violations, where half of the buildings in the study area were not constructed according to the
building bylaws. In the third section of the study area fourty eight percent of buildings were
obstructing bylaws, similarly in section (b) fourty four buildings were seen to been made
according to the bylaws. The following table (figure 3) displays the total average of building
violations in the research region, indicating how many violations occurred in the following areas.

Yes indicates that the Plaza complies with applicable byelaws; No indicates that it does not. The
following is a report or chart that summarizes the analysis:

Total Average of Violation Area Wise:

Above was the average of all the study area and now it is the analysis of the above average in
each division of the study area, the analysis is below in figure 4.5 and 6. Which indicates the
singular variables of point a, b and c, which can tell us that how much the byelaws are applicable
and violated in the following areas. Only 6 variables have been taken from the Performa which
are of utter most importance.

In figure 4 we can see that the fire precaution and emergency exit has been the most violated
byelaws in the Commercial Plazas.

In figure 5 we can see that here also the most violation is done in fire precaution and emergency
exit. But Parking in this area is the highest than all the other two areas, which means in this area
The Parking have been incorporated the most in commercial Plazas.

In figure 6 we can see that in this area also the Emergency exit and fire precautions are not
considered in the Commercial plazas, which are the two many things to ensure peoples safety.
Even the parking is also the most violated variable in this area in comparison to the other two
areas.
