DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

That the VENDORS are the registered and absolute owner of one (1) parcel of land
situated in ________________________, more particularly described as follows:

THAT, the VENDORS have offered to sell and the VENDEE has agreed to buy the
above mentioned property for the amount of ONE MILLION EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP1,080,000) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHTY
THOUSAND PESOS (PHP1,080,000) Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the VENDEE unto
and in favor of the VENDORS, receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged by the latter to
their entire satisfaction, said VENDORS hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS by virtue
of these presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED absolute and irrevocable the
above mentioned parcel of land, with no improvements found thereon, and in favor of the above
VENDEE, to its heirs, assigns, successor-in-interest and the same is free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
