Many people have had lucid dreaming experiences — recognizing that you are dreaming while you are
still asleep. And while this personal “virtual reality” can be leveraged for all kinds of creative explorations,
one of the most potentially powerful uses is to support health and healing. Both scientific research and
anecdotal evidence point to the ability to use this unique state of consciousness to influence body and
mind, and indicate that it may be possible to use the lucid dreaming state to reduce symptoms, foster
rapid healing, and even (in some cases) fully resolve health issues — both physical and mental.

lucid dreamer, and teacher, Robert Waggoner as he shares how you can use the special state of lucid
