 Dhariwal Industries Pvt. Ltd. (DIPL) is among the
country’s most integrated manufacturing units of
flexible packaging film, Printing Cylinders, cartons
and specialized applications.
 At DIPL, we have a skilled team combining with top of
the line machines and facilities to provide customer
delight. Established in 1999, MPL has chartered
exponential growth in the flexible packaging business.
Our capabilities include both Roto & Flexo printing -
both up to 8 colours.
 We have recently expanded our capability with our
own Blown Film production on a W & H make
“Varex II” machine in addition to the flexo line which
is also of W & H make “Miraflex”.

What is pre-zippered film?

 It is a method of attaching reclosable

fasteners transversely to the packaging
film, thereby producing a roll of
prezippered film.

 Pre-zippered film will run on conventional

non-zippered equipment with no reduction
in processing speed, no increase in process
waste and no increase in set up time.

As a packager, why should I use Pre-zipperd film?
Pre-zippered Film provides the flexibility to run both
reclosable or regular bags on any packaging lines without
additional capital expenditures to produce reclosable
packages. Pre-zippered makes it possible to begin producing
reclosable packages within 4 weeks on any existing VFFS
equipment.
As a packager, why should I use pre-zippered film for
my reclosable packages?
For a number of reasons:
