defines their role in a student's life. Educators
must demonstrate impartiality, integrity, and
ethical behavior in the classroom, whether
virtual or in-person and in their conduct with
parents and coworkers.

Educators can prevent many cases of sexual
harassment by having a clear, comprehensive
anti-sexual harassment policy in place. In cases
of alleged sexual harassment, the policy will
alert all parties to their rights, roles and
responsibilities. Policies must clearly set out
how the sexual harassment will be dealt with
promptly and efficiently.
Educators should applied the anti-sexual
harassment policy and the steps in place for
resolving complaints.
It can be applied by being aware on the Magna
Carta of Public School Teachers in Basic
Education and your professional rights,
opportunities, benefits, and responsibilities.

Always remember that your duty to protect
