Downloaded school MOOE if possible, must be liquidated within the same month ‘the cash advance js granted. MOOE cash advance must be liquidated not later than the 20" day af the month the cash advance Is granted to give our office ample time ‘to review the liquidation reports, process and release the subsequent cash advances and to record all the transactions within the month. Unless there are exceptional instances which necessitate extended cut-off date, the Cashier’s cut-off on the processing of all payments shall be on the 25" day of every month to give room for the preparation of reports for submission to COA, Regional Office and OBM. 2. in some cases and with valid reasons, aur office will allow submission of liquidation reports beyond the cut-off date, but the management will decide whether subsequent cash advance will still be granted despite non-submission of the liquidation reports within the prescribed period. 2 For schools with tWo or more months of downloaded MOQE fund released at once, i ‘on of before the 20" day of the second month, for three months, 20” day of the third month shall be the cut-off period in the
