impact on legal education system

introduction:
india introduced its first national education policy in the year
1968 under indira Gandhi government . this policy was emerged
when it was criticized the government of india for the lack of
uniform visualization in education system ,thus it was the kothari
commission which gave rise to india’s first such policy . this policy
primarily include all the students irrespective of their caste,
colour, creed and sex , they have the right to access the
education .this implementation of policy didn’t worked out
properly as it largely focuses on the issues of access and equity .
thereafter it was replaced by the national policy in 1986 during
the rajiv gandhi government and later, it was modified in 1992 .
this updated version specifically focuses on modernization and
role of information technology in education. it provide reforming
the teacher education , give more attention in children’s early
hood , empowering women and also adult education.
