AGGRESSION
In psychology, the term aggression refers to a range of behaviors that can result in both physical and
psychological harm to yourself, others or objects in the environment.
This is defined as the intentional use of harmful behavior. So that one can achieve some other goal.
(Ex-children are notorious for the use of instrumental aggression)
It is the intentional use of harm in order to injure or kill a victim. (Ex-A person punching his or her fist
in to the wall/kicking something)
Direct aggression involves face to face confrontation. When someone yells at another that would be
direct aggression.
Indirect aggression involves shaming an individual using social manipulation via methods such as
spreading rumours, divulging secrets and talking behind a person’s back, but without direct
confrontation.

Relationships with others
Work or school environment
Societal or socioeconomic factors
Individual traits(personality)
Life experiences
Anxiety
Moodiness
Agitation
Disorientation or memory problems
Trouble with concentration and attention
Trouble thinking in an organized manner
Poor communication skills due to over negative affects
Family background
Physical factors like temperature, noise, over crowding etc…
Desire for power
Lack of self confidence
Looking for revenge
Drug addiction, alcoholism and violence
