with complaints of breathlessness for two weeks,
coughing, wheezing, and eye itching, along with
sleeping problems. He was found to have deranged
vital signs. His blood investigation revealed PSC 02 in
the normal range.
As per auscultation, bilaterally diminished lung sound
and expiratory wheezing were found in the upper
and lower fields. During hospitalization, he was on
three litter of oxygen and albuterol hourly and
corticosteroid intravenously.
