Guide Questions:
1. Why is it important to deliver more positive than negative feedback when
communicating? Positive feedback is communication that recognizes
another's strengths, achievements or successes.
2. Why facial expressions contribute well in interconnecting with co-workers?

People often attribute trustworthiness to those who speak while


maintaining eye contact. Appropriate facial expressions.
3. How can you stress the importance of working together to solve
difficulties? When employees and managers work together in teams they
can not only solve problems; they may create less problems to begin with. 
4. Do you think eye contact helps in communicating? Explain your answer.
Sometimes, our eyes and body language speak even more than words.
Keeping eye contact with the person you are  talking to shows that you are
actively listening and paying attention.
5. How does being compassionate support in solving communication
problems? It helps people remain empathetic with each other, even in
situations fraught with anger or frustration. It teaches people to speak to
others without blaming and to hear personal criticisms without withering.
