Rock salt 2 clear plastic or glass cup timer

Iodized salt water teaspoon

What to do:

1. Fill each plastic or class cup with water half full.

2. Put one teaspoon of rock salt in one cup and one teaspoon of iodized salt in another
cup. Label the cup
3. Immediately set the timer
4. Record the dissolving time of the solute.

4. Do not stir the mixture in plastic B.
