CHARACTERISTICS
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Water-tite 400 PU Blackline is ideally suited in:
Waterproofing of roofs with inverted insulation
Surface Preparation
Balconies and Terraces 1. The surface must be clean, dry and sound, free of any
Wet areas (under-tile) such as Bathrooms, contamination, which may harmfully affect the
Balconies and Kitchens, swimming pool, tank adhesion of the membrane.
Flowerbeds and Planter Boxes 2. Maximum moisture content should not exceed 5%. New
Building’s Basement concrete structures need to be dry for at least 28 days.
Bridge-decks, tunnels, etc. 3. Old, loose coatings, dirt, fats, oils, organic substances
and dust need to be removed by a grinding machine.
TECHNICAL DATA 4. Possible surface irregularities need to be smoothened.
