ADDENDUM

This refers to the Deed of Absolute Sale of a parcel of land under TCT No.
076-2019008331, executed between TOPAS INDUSTRIES TRADING
CORPORATION, represented by EULOGIO TOPACIO, JR., seller and SKH SONS
BUILDERS AND LAND , INC., represented by ROSE BETH K. SO, as buyer, dated
October 7, 2019 and Notarized by Atty. Edwin G. Condaya, under Doc. No. 75;
Page No. 16 , Book No. CXXIX, Series of 2019.

In said document, the parcel of land subject of sale does not included the
improvement thereof, but the tax due the improvement was paid with the BIR.

That we am now filing this Addendum to include the said Improvement in

the parcel of land subject of the Absolute Deed of Sale.
