AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, MIGUEL F. MELENDRES, JR. all of legal age, Filipino, and with residence
and postal address at #366 Dr. Sixto Antonio Ave., Caniogan, Pasig City, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the heir of the late MIGUEL MELENDRES who died

intestate in San Juan City on July 18, 1975 and left parcels of land all
located at Taytay, Rizal, declared under the name MELENDRES
REALTY INCORPORATED and covered by Transfer Certificates of Title
Nos. 666351; 666354; 666356 and 666355; and another property
declared under Tax Declaration Nos. 18-TY-001-000154; 18-TY -001-
00135; and 18-ty-001-00134 which were now mortgaged with the
Manila Banking Corporation;

3. That the afore-said property were mortgaged and the titles might
be transferred to interested persons without my knowledge as
legal owner of the said properties;

2. In view of this, in order that the afore-said property may not be

disposed off, undersigned request for the annotation of my Adverse
Claim at the Register of Deeds of Taytay, Rizal, Assessor’s Office
under the afore said Tax Declarations and Treasurers Office, all of
Taytay, Rizal, to protect my interest over the said properties.
