3.. During the period under report, do you believe that you have made any exceptional contribution, e.g. successful completion
of an extraordinarily challenging task or major systemic improvement? If so, please give a verbal description (within 100 words):

During mentioned period I have performed duties of Inspector Headquarter and because of CORONA
pandemic country wide major lockdown imposed and all type of movement restricted. Force personnel’s
standard where they were i.e. Leave / Course etc. . So SSB planned a major movement to pick up the
standard personnel from their native place and escort them upto their place of posting. In this situation 62 nd
Bn. SSB host the movement of vehicles from Lucknow, Patna frontier. As per directions of my superior officer I
ensure all the necessary / Basic logistic support (fooding and lodging) to all transit SOs / Jawans observing all
COVID-19 guidelines in letter and spirit thus restrict the corona spread in campus.
