Fincantieri Group is one of the world’s largest shipbuilding

player in all high-tech shipbuilding industry sectors, from naval to
offshore vessels, as well as production of systems and component
equipment for mechanical and electrical segments, from cruise ship
interiors solutions, electronic and software systems, to infrastructures
and maritime constructions, as well as after-sales services.
Suppliers represent a strategic stakeholder and, through the
e-NGAGE Program, the Fincantieri Group is consolidating its
supplier base, globally and streamlining the vendor registration
and qualification process. The e-NGAGE program started with three
companies of the Group (“Selected Companies”):
• Fincantieri SI S.p.A.
• Marine Interiors S.p.A.
• Marine Interiors Cabins S.p.A.

1 SINGLE REGISTRATION WITH MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS

Since July 2021, Fincantieri Group is

accepting candidacy to the free-of-charge
Qualification process on SupplHi platform.
SupplHi (www.supplhi.com) is the single and
mandatory gateway for Vendor Qualification for all

the Selected Companies of Fincantieri Group, in

order to be involved in tenders and in potential
order awards.
Through SupplHi - a standard industry tool for
Vendor Management - potential Vendors save
time by not providing multiple times the same
information, that can be leveraged on also by
other Buyer Organizations active on the platform.
SupplHi digitally connects global industrial supply
chains.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

A HOW MANY REFERENCES SHOULD I PROVIDE?

While the minimum number of references to be provided for each category of supply added to your profile is 1, the recommended number of
references is 5 as it increases your Organization’s visibility towards Vendors.
Moreover, some of the Buyer organizations leveraging on SupplHi request at least 5 references to consider a Vendor for qualification, in case of such
requirement, you will be informed by the Buyer.

B HOW OFTEN SHOULD I UPDATE MY VENDOR INFORMATION?

Once the information that you have provided is complete and approved, you will be requested to update your Vendor Profile in case of expired data
(i.e. expired Quality Management Certification, Health and Safety statistics, …).
You will be automatically notified by email as well as on platform to update the required information.
Moreover, at any time, you can add more information to your profile.

C DOES THE SUPPLHI TEAM HAVE ANY ROLE IN QUALIFICATION PROCESS?

SupplHi’s role in the Vendor Qualification step is limited in providing the digital platform to collect the information by Vendors, in performing quality
assurance of the information collected, in requesting the constant update of the information that expires and in allowing the evaluation by
FINCANTIERI GROUP’s resources.
In fact, the evaluation of the Vendor Questionnaire and the decision on Qualifications are all at the discretion of FINCANTIERI GROUP.
