The digitization of logistics also needs to consider goods that include basic
needs and essential basic needs for the people of Indonesia. Based on
Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 59 of 2020 on April 8, 2020
concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 71 of 2015
concerning Determination and Storage of Basic Needs and Important Goods,
Types of Basic Necessities, consisting of:
1. Agricultural Products Basic Needs (rice, soybean as raw material for tofu
and tempeh, chili and shallot.
2. Basic Industrial Products (sugar, cooking oil and wheat flour).
3. Basic goods for livestock and fishery products (beef, purebred chicken,
broiler eggs, fresh fish).
Meanwhile, types of important goods consist of seeds (rice, corn and
soybeans), fertilizer, 3 kilograms of LPG, plywood, cement, steel construction
and light steel.
TECHNOLOGY
1. Cellular operators in Indonesia have the same tendency in terms of data
usage from their customers. Data usage is increasing day by day, often with
an increase in various content (video, sound, text) and services (messenger,
social media) on the internet as shown in the picture below. Telkomsel was
chosen as the benchmark industry because it has the largest number of
subscribers compared to other cellular operators. The average data usage of
Telkomsel subscribers in a month in 2018 reached 3.4 MB, a double
increase compared to 2017. In 2019, data usage per customer per month
reached 5.2 GB.
