Projects

 The project named Buniyaad (Ujjwal Bhavishye kaa aadhar) to awareness

the school and local community for Basic Education, Health, Hygiene and
gender issue. The age group of children 8 to 14 years who had remained
to our training part and discussed the family and friends. This training part

 This year Wellman Foundation have piloted the project with the target
areas of two villages-Parthala and Gadhi, of Noida.
Projects

 Keeping in mind the number of children, training will be organized in each

school with 50-100 children. The morning school shift can be held between
8.00 am and 1.00 pm

 The issue is to train health and hygiene and gender issues and has been
introduced in the project. The program will run 3 times every quarter at the
school with trained trainers, support staff and the local community.

International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st June every year to raise

awareness about importance of Yoga in the people life and for the whole
world.

essentials during Lockdown.

Soon after the lockdown, the Wellman Foundation pressed upon fulfilling the
immediate needs of the community – food and daily essentials to the families
that were struggling. The focus was the poor families that were dependent on
daily wages who now amid lockdown had no opportunity to earn.
The ‘Grocery and daily essentials’ kit that Wellman Foundation provided
included Rice, wheat flour, cooking oil, sugar, salt, masalas, tea, onion,
potatoes, pickle, dals such as tur dal, moong dal, bath soap, washing soap,
toothpaste, matchbox and biscuits.
The planning was meticulous – the list of poor households were first drawn by
the Wellman Foundation field executive. They could not be on field but were in
constant touch with the Village Development Committees, local police station
SHO, Gram Pradhan and MLA and the list was put together and verified.
Wellman Foundation has created over 200 such committee across it
geography that works for the upliftment of their village and its people.
A few brave Wellman Foundation’s employees volunteered to be our warriors
on field to ensure that the ‘food & daily essentials’ kits are delivered to these
needy households.
